About Citaim
Citaim answers one question for brands: when people ask AI assistants what to choose, are you in the answer? It tracks that every week — and gives away the 51 checks that fix what AI and search see.
What it does
AI-visibility tracking asks the questions your buyers ask on Claude, OpenAI web search, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews from clean API sessions, then records whether your brand is named, who is named instead and which sources are cited. You get trends, alerts, a weekly digest and exportable reports. Plans start free.
The free tools — AI readiness, llms.txt, robots.txt, structured data, DNS, email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), TLS, security headers, Core Web Vitals and more — run without an account and explain every finding with the evidence and the fix. They stay free; the paid product is what a one-shot check can’t do: watch the number move.
How we score
Every score is explainable: a weighted list of checks that passed or failed, capped by the worst issue, so a red flag can’t hide inside a green number. The same engine scores the public AI & Web Readiness Leaderboard of 970 well-known sites. Tracking numbers are rates over many samples, never a single chat.
What we touch
Checks read public responses from the target you enter — server-rendered HTML, headers, DNS — with a polite, identifiable crawler that honours robots.txt and signs its requests (how the bot behaves). Analytics are cookieless and first-party. Email addresses are stored only with explicit consent and every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. Details in the privacy & data protection policy.
